MANDATORY WAIVER AND INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

Signed Waiver Required

ALL PARTICIPANTS must complete, sign, and submit the Impact World Travel LLC Participant Waiver and Release of Liability prior to program participation. No participant will be permitted to join any program without a fully executed waiver on file. The waiver must be submitted no later than 30 days prior to program departure.

Proof of Insurance Required

ALL PARTICIPANTS must provide proof of comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, emergency medical evacuation, repatriation of remains, and trip cancellation/interruption. Minimum coverage requirements:

  • Medical coverage: $100,000 USD minimum

  • Emergency evacuation: $250,000 USD minimum

  • Repatriation: $50,000 USD minimum

  • Trip cancellation/interruption coverage strongly recommended

Proof of insurance must be submitted no later than 30 days prior to program departure. Failure to provide proof of adequate insurance will result in denial of program participation without refund.
