One church leader trained becomes 500 congregants empowered. One teacher trained becomes 1,000 students equipped. Construction workers who can spot the signs and save a life. Blood pressure screenings where pride becomes prevention.
This is the multiplier effect. Train-the-trainer. One becomes ten. Ten becomes hundreds. Hundreds become thousands.
